Rhythmic & Sensual Impact Play with M&D

Private Lessons

Before you contact me (D) for a private lesson, I recommend going through the free tutorials on this site. At the very least, make sure you’ve gone through the Basics section. This will allow us to focus on more advanced techniques and specific adjustments that you can’t get from the tutorials alone.

If you’re not able to do all the moves in the Basics yet, that’s okay! If you’ve gone through the tutorials and are getting stuck at certain spots, that just gives us specific things to work on.

But it’s totally up to you! If you want to schedule a lesson with me to start from scratch, I’m down if you are.

Preparing for a lesson

Once you’re ready to schedule a lesson, you can contact me here. If you’re in San Diego, we can meet in person. If you’re not in San Diego, we can meet virtually over Zoom. Or maybe I happen to be visiting your town and offering lessons while I’m there. In that case, an in-person lesson is obviously an option.

If you’re looking to set up a remote lesson, please check out this page for some logistics guidelines.

I typically charge $80 per hour for private lessons. Having said that, my mission is to share my knowledge, not rake in the dough (because who are we kidding here?). If $80 is challenging for you, I am happy to negotiate a fee that feels more doable. Just ask about my sliding scale when you contact me.

During our lesson

All you need to bring are the toys you want to learn on. Just remember that I’m an impact play specialist and happy to stay within my lane of expertise. If you bring … say, a violet wand and a spool of rope, I may not have much to teach you there.

If I have specific toys you’ve seen me use and want to try for the lesson, please let me know in advance, and I’ll make sure I have them with me.

Rarely will we need an actual human bottom during the lesson (remember, cushions never tire out), but if you feel a strong desire to bring a partner, I am happy to discuss that with you.

And that’s basically it. Feel free to reach out to me if you have any questions. Otherwise, I look forward to working with you!
